Bit of a stretch, I know, but “Dinny O’Rafferty’s Motor Car”;
“It used to be black as me father’s hat, now it’s forty shades of green!”
Hi Myscha
Do you have a link to the song words – not on iTunes but why am I surprised? LOL
Amy Grant: “Hats!” “One day I’m a mother, one day I’m a lover, what am I supposed to do? Hats! Why do I have to wear so many hats on my head?”

Off the top of my head (where else?) I’d have to include “Don’t Touch My Hat” (Lyle Lovett) in any top ten (“You can have my girl/But don’t touch my hat”) . . . along with “The Man with the Big Hat” (Jerry Jeff Walker) (“Now the man with the big hat is buying/Drink up while the drinking is free/Drink up to the cowboys a dead or a dying/Drink to my compadres and me.”).
How about the old song…..in your Easter Bonnet
